Referral & eligibility
Multidisciplinary review of imaging, prior therapy, organ function, and SSTR-expression status to confirm candidacy.

Multidisciplinary planning
Nuclear medicine, medical oncology, pharmacy, and nursing align on dosing schedule, supportive care, and monitoring plan.

Informed consent
Discussion of expected benefits, risks specific to alpha therapy, radiation safety precautions, and logistical considerations for the patient and household.

Dose preparation & QC
Unit dose receipt, identity and activity verification, and final QC in the hot lab prior to administration.

Administration
IV administration in a shielded chair per institutional protocol, with concurrent supportive care (e.g. amino acid co-infusion where indicated).

Post-administration monitoring
Vital signs, acute reaction monitoring, and contamination check prior to discharge from the administration suite.

Discharge & home precautions
Patient-specific radiation safety instructions, household contact guidance, and clear escalation pathway for adverse events.

Follow-up & cycle planning
Lab and imaging follow-up, AE assessment, and scheduling of subsequent cycles per protocol.
